In Harvest Moon,, the stamina u have can be increased by eating fruits called Power Berry..

Whenever u get this stuff in playing this game,, u'll automatically eat it without thinking of saving it into your rucksack, cooking it or whatever..
There are 10 Power Berries which u can get during this game..
1. The first one u can get is the Power Berry given by lonely cedar tree in the mountain.. When u are going to chop it,, there will be a short scene. He will tell u that he's already there for hundred year. Then there is an offer for you if you still want to chop it down. If you say Yes,, Gotz will come in anger, he will spoil u definitely. But if u say No,, the tree will speak again, say thanks to u and give a Power Berry as a reward to u.
2. Win 1001 medals in Horse Races.. Every Spring, there is an Horse Races festival in the Square. U're not allowed to join the races till u have your own adult horse. But relax, u can gamble in the first year. If u win,, u'll win some medals. When the medals are reach the number of 1001, u can buy (change) it into a Power Berry by talking to the Mayor.
3. Win the swimming contest.. For me, it's really hard to win this contest.. Hope u can do it better than me.. ^.^ If u win,, the Mayor will give u one.
4. Digging in the Cave behind the waterfall.. Just go to the Cave. The first level of the cave (the one with the entrance) will not give u a thing but a rubbish. U have to find a ladder which is hidden in every level to enter the deeper level.
5. Digging in the Cave in the middle of the Lake.. Just do what u do to get Power Berry in the Cave behind the Waterfall. But notice that u are only able to get this Cave in Winter..
6. Behind the Cave in the middle of the Lake.. Just walk very near to the cave and keep pressing X button and u'll get one.
7. Given by Kappa.. Throw cucumber in the Lake. I think 3 cucumbers will do. Throw from the left side of the Lake (near the chopped wood). Throw one and he will appear but only for a second. Throw the other one,, he will appear for a longer time,, and throw the last one and he'll say to stop doing that. And of course,, he'll give u one Power Berry in return.
8. Buy one from TV shopping.. When u already finished buying kitchen tools from TV shopping, the last stuff which is offered is Power Berry. Just order it as u order kitchen tools and u'll get the Berry in 3 days (just like usual)
9. Fishing in the ocean.. Here some tips,, fishing in rainy day will cost u more energy.. Fishing in winter will give u more opportunity to get Power Berry, big size fish and it's a good idea to spend your time in Winter.
10. Meet the Harvest Goddess.. Every day,, go to the waterfall and throw an egg to the river. Do this 3 days in row and in the third day, the Goddess will appear and give u the Power Berry
